The free luggage storage is available at our hotel.
Hostel Policy:
- No refunds will be issued for in-house guests who choose to shorten their stay.
- Please keep your valuable belongings (money, jewelry, cell phones, tablets, credit cards, cameras, etc.) with you at all times when outside your room, or store them securely in the provided safe.
- We are not responsible for any loss of belongings that are not explicitly listed on your hostel receipt and verified with a receptionist’s signature.
- Food, drinks, outside guests, sexual activity, and smoking are strictly prohibited in the dormitory rooms.
- The possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs, narcotics, or stimulants is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hostel.
- To create a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask that you keep noise levels down during rest hours.
- A fee will be charged for any lost keys, towels, bed linens, pillows, or damage to/loss of other hostel property.
- Any damage or staining to linens, towels, or blankets that renders them unusable and requires disposal will result in a replacement charge. This includes stains from makeup, markers, blood, oil, hair dye, and similar substances.
- Do not park or store bicycles inside the hostel.
You will be held fully responsible for any costs or damages resulting from violations of these policies.
Cancellation Policy:
– Any cancellation received before 7 days (168 hours) prior to arrival date, no fee will be charged.
– Any cancellation received after 7 days (168 hours) to arrival date, 100% of deposit or payment will be charged.
– Failure to arrival at your hotel without reason email from Guests will be treated as No-Show, 100% of deposit or payment will be charged and hotel rooms are not guaranteed.

Children and Extra beds:
Children 6 and older are allowed and have fee as adults.
Pets: Not allowed.
