Q: What is visa on arrival?

A: This is most likely the easiest way to obtain your visa without having to chase down embassies, consulates and the like prior to your trip, and is a valid alternative when applying for a tourist visa. The entry visa will be stamped on your passport as you pass through our immigration checkpoint. Though valid for thirty days, it can be extended once you enter Viet Nam. With this type of visa, you only can enter the country by air.

Q: How to get a Visa on Arrival:

A: Please send us copy of your passport AND give us the below info:

+ Returned date to Vietnam (for multiple entries): ………………..

These information will be sent to Vietnam Immigration Department. We will forward you a copy of the “Pre-approval Letter” by fax or email. Copies of the same document will be forwarded on your behalf to Vietnam immigration checkpoints at International Airports, so that when you arrive in Viet Nam, The Immigration officers will have those documents on hand and will be able to issue your entry visa expediently. Please provide the officers with your 2 recent photos as well.

Q: How long in advance should I apply for a visa?

A: A Vietnamese visa application can be applied for 1 day to 6 months in advance. Although it takes only 2-3 working days to get your visa approved, it is strongly advised that you apply for a Vietnamese visa at least 1 – 2 weeks before your arrival date to avoid any payment or other administrative problems.

2. Visa extension:

Q: What is Vietnam visa extension?

A: Vietnam visa extension helps travelers continue staying in Vietnam after their visas expire without exiting Vietnam to apply for a new one again.

Q: When do I need to extend my Vietnam visa?

A: You’d better extend/renew your visa at least 1 week (for 3 months visa, preferably 2 weeks) before your visa expiration date.

A: Only your original passport.

3. Laos visa:

Visa for Laos are needed for all passport except Japan, Repubic of Korea, Russia, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
Generally, to save time and inconvenience when visiting many countries which require visas before arrival.
It’s so simple that you just need to show us your passport. It takes 1 day to be finished (exept Saturday and Sunday).
